Call For Art: No Place Like Home

Register or Login to submit.

The Mosesian Center for the Arts invites artists to submit original work to our upcoming “No Place Like Home” Exhibition. Register or login to submit art.

The “No Place Like Home” exhibit, timed to coincide with our Watertown Children’s Theatre 35 anniversary celebration, takes its title from The Wizard of Oz and Dorothy’s desire to leave Oz and return home by reciting the magical “No Place Like Home” mantra.

This exhibit explores the universal desire to frame home as the center of our lives. Each artist may submit artwork that is a representation of home, and by extension, community. Artwork could be a literal depiction of home such as a house, neighborhood, schoolyard, or town; or it could depict your family, friends or the culture from which you came. We invite artists to submit a maximum of 10 original two or three-dimensional works created within the past three years for consideration.
